Does the agent file GST returns automatically?
Never. The agent prepares the return; a person on your team reviews and approves before anything is lodged with IRD. Filing is permanently human-gated; it can't be automated, even over the API.
Can it change my clients' books?
No. The ledger connection is strictly read-only. We pull data to prepare returns and never post, edit, or delete anything in Xero or MYOB.
Which ledgers and banks do you support?
Xero today, with MYOB and QuickBooks coming soon and CSV import available now. Bank data arrives through official open-banking feeds. Most NZ firms connect and sync within a minute.
How does the agent handle unusual transactions?
It flags what it's unsure about rather than guessing: apportionments, large or one-off items, missing tax invoices. Those land in your review queue with the evidence attached, and you decide.
How do I defend a figure to a client or IRD later?
Every return carries an append-only audit trail: who and what touched it, when, which model, and the source inputs. Export it as a clean evidence pack for any reviewer.
What does it cost?
One price per active client, per month: no per-module bolt-ons or per-seat fees. You're not charged for clients in a period you don't file. See the pricing page for detail.
